Facebook ads Problem high cpc

So how can I solve this CRAZY cost of cpc fb ads... I get something about 3$ for a fuckn click on the link? This is beyond crazy even if the competition is high, who would pay such a high price with no investment return

Make a better ad and get better ctr and it will go down
