Facebook ads problem, any help please ?

Hello,
Some of my ads were disabled because they showed zoomed parties of body (eyeliner).
So no problem, they are not delivering anymore, but actually i have other ads active without this problem.
They are still active and stopped delivering during the day. But at like 11:55pm all my (clean) active ads started delivering and i had all the traffic to my website, so the problem is that during the day 0 reach 0click but, 5minutes before the new day, they start delivering and sending me all the traffic they are supposed to do during the day! And in those 5minutes, i did pay the whole day budget.

Today it started again, my ads were delivering for the new day like 1h, and now they stopped, so i am waiting to see what will happen at 11:55pm. So i know that there is a problem with some of my ads, i did turn them off, but i am worrying about the clean ads. Is this a bug ?

Along with too much text, body parts (any body parts) seem to trigger Facebook.
IS there any way to abstract the images to show only the product showcased on its own?

As for the speed its getting through your budget - you probably have WAAAYYY to large an audience size and no where near specific enough criteria to select your market demographic. Also are you setting a maximum bid?
Boost is a bloody terrible Facebook tool - I don't know whether you are using boost - but if you are stop now - and switch to the Power Editor (or whatever they call it these days) and set up the campaign properly in that
