Hello everyone,
I hope you're all doing well, I have an issue in installing the Fb ads pixel on my e-comm store, specifically the purchase tracking part, for the view page, ATC, and initiated payment all works perfectly, when it comes to purchase I don't know what to do because the user experience in purchasing is a little bit complicated lemme explain that :
a client choose a product he adds it to cart after that there's two option Cash on delivery and Pay using Credit card
If he chooses COD and click pay he will be redirected to WhatsApp to talk to our customer services in order to confirm his command
If he chooses Credit card he will be redirected to a Third party we use to process payments and he make the payment on their site and he doesn't get a thank you page after that
For the COD option I found a solution and I track those conversions as leads not purchases and that's what I want
But for the Payment by card option I'm lost I have no clue to what I should do (note that I want to track these purchases with their values)
If anyone passed by this situation or knows anything, solution that may help I will be much appreciated
