Hi,
is there any BH/WH facebook ads optimization tool that you are using and that you can recommend?

Not Black Hat as such. The old Facebook auto posters have all gone south. But there are some pretty good guides. Google "adespresso facbook" and a good one should be the top result.

tahnks for your reply, I tried adespressos trial but wasn't that crazy about the CPI i got, is there any other good tools, anyone tried qwaya ?

Try Hootsuite Ads which is primarily combine with Facebook that provide FB ads according with your organic search results. Hope it will help to satisfy your requirement.
