What kind of ads are you posting? And where is your target URL going to? (I don't want the actual info on this, just general) Are you posting dark ads? Cloaking? Too many variables without enough info. Are the ads not calculating? How experienced are you and do you know what I'm meaning by calculating? My best advice is to warm up the account with clean on-site stuff before you ever go off-site. Never hurts to build the account reputation. I'm kind of shocked you just started advertising. I don't suggest it unless you have as much money at your disposal as you could ever want. With facebook, you have to lose a little up front before you can gain a little. If your campaign isn't spending before 24 hours something isn't right. Delete the campaign wait a day or two and post something safe. If they haven't spent by the time you wake up, I'd delete the campaign without hesitation. Put $3/day into a likes campaign and make sure none of your ads have any kind of sexual suggestions because their automated system with bust you.
