Facebook Ads not delivering

I was running ads for my shopify stores in december 31 to january 4, and then when I comeback a week later, the results were worse than ever, til today, my results are very bad, I already change everything that could be, but it does not change, so I talk with some friend and they are having the same problem, facebook ads its not delivering, the prices are high and only a few conversions, does anyone know whats its happening ? Does the facebook had an update ? If anyone can reply me with some help I will appreciate a lot.
Sorry for my english, I am from Brazil.

Test another account from a different geo



Do all of this to be sure of what is really wrong please
 
a lot of bot click also.

You will see the number of click and your actual tracking is way difference.

Hi Reis, sorry I couldn't answer you, but I found it interesting that there are more Brazilians here, I'm affiliated and I work with PLR, where can we talk in a simpler way?
 
Never had sales with facebook. The dashboard is too complicated.
 
Your audiences might overlap.
You may have different campaigns with multiple ad sets, each of which has its own target audience. When these audiences are overlapping with each other too much, they become rivals in the auction process. In other words, you’ll be competing with yourself. Facebook does its best to prevent this which sometimes leads to at least one of your ad sets not deliver.
 
1. ads may run slowly or not run at all in the first 3-5 days after you make an ad, until they optimize automatically
2. if you set a bid cap, the ads may run slowly or not run at all due to low bid
3. if you have added some lookalike audiences, the ads may not run all the time, because those people are not online at that moment
4. be sure to turn on the broad targeting (reach people beyond your lookalike and reach people beyond your detailed targeting)
5. pause and unpause your ads a few times per day, until they start working
6. if you make a lot of changes/experiments every day multiple times a day, the ads may run slowly or not run at all until you stop making changes
7. the ads may not run because Facebook is doing their own changes and experiments......
 
maybe during this time FB squeeze more interactive. fake hits quite a lot. That's why you run ads that take a lot of budget but the results are not as expected

Create a new campaign with multiple ad groups, multiple ad variations with different audiences.
Then measure the results, the ctr indexes, ... conversions to choose optimally effective ads
 
you just need to change another fb profile and recreate the campaign
