The reason may come from the wrong targets.
Or the accounts error that ad doesn't spend

Having same issue. Either accounts are shadowbanned and lying on analytics, or Facebook ads are dead. It's also a very serious economy year people aren't spending.

Also facebook did a change to their advertising, big firms have moved away from Facebook.
