Facebook ads no reach with custom audience! NEED HELP

Hi, i have been running facebook ads for years now but since a few days i have encountered a problem i have never seen before. I do run my ads with custom audiences for example to exclude people who have already purchased my product. BUT since a few if i choose this audience my reach goes to <10. Does anyone know what the reason for that could be ?
