Facebook Ads - need a new payment solution...

First, I want to explain what scheme I use.
I'm working on a holding payment scheme...
For example: There is a new advertising account. I link a good trust card to it and then run any ads. Facebook gives me a trash hold of $50 and tries to take it off my card. At this moment, I stop the advertisement and link another card, from which $50 is charged. (I used to use Wise for this in the past).
After that, I set up my advertising for leads or app installations. And I set the limit to $49. Advertising reaches this limit and stops. And Facebook returns $50 to my card after 4-10 days.
I know that many payment solutions do not allow this method of operation. That's why I wrote this post...
Now I'm looking for a new payment solution, maybe someone can help me?
Wise used to work great for me, but now Facebook does not accept his cards. He rejects every card and blocks the account for Risk Payments.
I need a payment solution where there are many virtual cards or the ability to re-issue cards...

I have never had a 50usd hold on any of the cards i have used there.

Wise is used and abused on facebook so try avoid it.
I know that Revolut works quite well but i have never tried it

I don't work all in a white hat. The fact is that I will have many returns and repeated attempts to write off. This payment method does not support this operating model...

I have been using pst.net for 3+ months now and have had 0 issues
