Facebook ads manager

Does anyone here that has a drop shipping site have an FB ad manager or hired someone to setup their ads for their products?

I currently have a drop shipping store and the one issue i always struggle with is scaling or setting up my FB ads properly to the target audience so I was thinking of hiring an FB marketer.
