Facebook ADS Lottery niche - need help

Hello guys, I promote a Lottery product on Facebook ( I'm just starting, did my fanpages last week but it already got deactivated)

My next strategy will be: copy the sales page in my own domain and direct my ad to my page.
But I still need help on how to make a good ad.


I know is a black niche and I need some help to promote it effectively.
Can you guys give me some guidance on how my Ad should be like?
Words I shouldn't use, images, account configuration.
Anyways, any more info that can help me make this work.
