Please what could be the fault of this,I promoted a Whatsapp group link I have 24 clicks #19 per click,but in the group I have not found anyone that joined,where did those 24 clicks went to

It does not necessarily means that a click is a conversion (joined user). There is no such thing as 100% conversion on your link clicks. Realistically, for ads, it is in between 1-2% as conversion rate.

Understood but before now,each click, joins my group it just stop suddenly

Sometimes FB sends out tons of bots traffic when reviewing your links. So, you got to consider that as well.

Try tracking your clicks.

Just simply use a shortener (bit.ly). Shorten your whatsup group link and check out your bit.ly dashboard.
 
There are so many fake clicks on Facebook ads, I don't know why.
 
You can try different types of ads, send messages or purchases
 
They entered the ad and came to your whatsapp, but they refused to access the group when asked

Clicks are people who click on the join link, but they're just viewing and don't join your group

You need to set up your pixels properly so that it can accurately measure your results.
