Facebook Ads Issues

I am at the end of my tether with facebook, I keep getting my ads account disabled for failing to confirm my identity even though I have done it twice. My facebook and ads account are 10+ years old. I've used them in the past a lot. It is only since Facebook became meta that I am having issues with ads.

They take weeks to even reply to me, is this normal? Their support is absolutely dog sh*t.

Anyway, is there anything I can do? Can I create a new business account to set up ads, transfer my instagram accounts over and use that?

That's pretty par for how bad Meta's support system is. The error you're getting is crazy though, like those accounts are as aged as they get plus you already did the identity confirmation thing. Far as I know, there shouldn't be any major takedowns for your ads short of community standards violations. Not too sure if creating a new account will solve that problem, honestly. Feels like a two steps back for one step forward. Maybe for longevity, it might just be it.
 
I still think old accounts will build trust when running ads, Meta will easily accept your ads. But your case is the opposite. Is it because of the niche you choose to violate policy?

Try to seek help from digital marketing providers
 
-FB is quite silly when old, reputable FB accounts are more difficult to verify than new FB accounts and sometimes use fake documents
-There are a few ways for them to answer you faster, but it's still a big question mark.
-You can create a business account to use, but at the moment, the quality of the business account is quite low, not safe enough

Yes, you can do that (create new bm account) and contact support telling them about your old account they banned for no reason.
 
Have you received any specific reasons from Facebook regarding the repeated disabling of your account?
It could be a niche violation or something

No, I have received nothing like that. No warnings and the content is 100% okay and doesn't go against their terms

I think even though the account is very strong, it has been noticed by the meta many times and the facebook meta also changes often so maybe your niche product is old so it should be changed a little so that facebook avoids suspicion than and use it for new account.
 
On the forum there are many agencies that provide FB advertising accounts. Choose accounts that have a spending history, they are very strong.

It will help you get rid of your unwanted problems.

you can buy many new fb profiles instead, it's not expensive
 
fb is always in chaos, this is due to the AI algorithm, you should find another account, give priority to the old account
 
If this is your way of living I will suggest building up to 2-3 accounts and starting using the 1st.
Each account from a separate PC With separate IP and separate Internet provider, you can do that with cell phone internet.
and keep the other 2 as spare in case sh*t hit the fan
Facebook doesn't care. Neither most of people, Take the lost and learn and keep moving
