Hello guys!
I created 1 campaign 5 adsets (interests), and 1 ad for each adset. The thing is that it's the exact same video and copy and everything.
Basically the ad is the same everywhere. The problem is that when I published it, it now shows 5 different ads while it's the same one!
As a result, the likes/comments split between these 5 while I want them all in one. I did create a new ad instead of using an existing post.
I tried changing it with post ID and submitting it on the ad level (existing post) but it shows a setup error saying "To use dynamic creative, you need to choose a product set at the ad set level". The screenshot might help.
Can anybody help me figure this out? My ads are already up and running.
