facebook ads is rejecting all my links

I changed everything, landing page, I always register 1 domain in Business Maneger and every time I go up in conversion campaigns my links don't approve. every page I throw in my conversion campaigns that Facebook rejects.
Any suggestions what to do? I'm already losing a lot of Facebook profiles.

are you hosting all domain to different IP ? How you are preventing your browser and other system fingerprinting ?
 
Do you have a prohibited niche of your site?

I'm using (incogniton browser) and when I access the browsers I share my 4g cell phone, whenever I go to a new profile I turn on airplane mode to change the network IP
