So, finally everything is set up. I have enough money 1-2k to burn learning FB ads.

I'm running ads for local cleaning business, the audience is bit low even without targeting. (30k) so im going broad without any targeting and casting wide net.

Conversions ad: leadmagnet/email catched > bookingform > $$ // pixel installed (optimizing for email leads)

I'm wondering if i should test my ad creative or not, as i need 30 - 50 conversions for it to optimize/learn.

I have 5 creatives, would you guys AB test from the get go or go with your gut feeling and let FB optimize for conversions on single campaign?

Thank you
Daniel

If you have a good lead magnet try lead ads. They are working amazingly atm. Your conversion rate should be way better than sending them to the landing page.

Test all creatives and different audiences. Sooner or later it will help in advertising

5 creatives is not a lot. You should be testing 5 new creatives a day. And new texts. Sometimes there is a very big difference in cr between 2 similar creatives.

Wrong.

2-4 creatives is enough - if you know what you are doing, whom you're serving and their pains/triggers/goals/dreams.

OP, who want your services and WHY do they want it?

Are they mothers - do they want to spend more time with the family, do they want to have more time for themselves to do things they like perhaps go jogging, go for walks, go to the coffee with friends, go to the gym etc. ?

Are they business owners that don't want to bother with the cleaning - they prefer to focus on more important things that actually add value to their business?

--- you see, you need to know whom you're serving, what their dreams/goals/pains/frustrations are and explain to them how your product/service will help them with their pain / help them get closer to their dream etc.

You can test different audiences for example;

Fathers (men), mothers (women), young people 18-34, middle age people 35-54, older people 55+ .... they all have different reasons why they'd want your services - so you need to make sure you know what it is they want and you're able to explain with a nice clear image and simple to understand language how you're product will help them with that.

"Getting on in years - coming home from work after a long day - you don't really feel like dealing with the dishes, mopping the floor and washing the bathroom.
Our services can help you take away some of that stress and burden, come home to a nice clean house - and relax for the evening. And it's actually more affordable than you'd think.... get in touch for a quick quote today."

Testing is a must.

And not only creatives, but also different audiences, formats for ads and ad placements.

This will identify the most effective ads and disable those that just so spend your advertising budget.
