Hi
If i'm not wrong you cat get a page username in Facebook even if it has less than 100 members if you do social ads on it (or at least, it was like that at the begining of usernames for pages)
Do you think that spending some bucks on ads for a page could put it on a white list?
Well, it's just a theory, anyone has any experience?

Updated: Maybe the title is not clear, i don't mean the user being banned, just the page being deleted. Title changed.
