Facebook Ads for Knock-offs

Hey there,

First of all, please don't blame or judge me. I am trying to make some money selling knock-offs on FB, but without explicitly citing the brand (Vans). These are some of the better replica shoes sold for the 1/4th of the real deal.

But Facebook ads keep disapproving my ads. I had one ad approved, then I made the mistake of my life and edited the ad. Then it got disapproved and all following ads were disapproved.

So, does anyone have any tips on how to get ads for knock-offs approved? I am not going to mention the names just something generic like "Oldskool Men's Shoes".

Stay away from selling branded stuff, unless you like getting sued by multi million dollar companies (unless you have permission from them, in which case its fine)

Maybe you can just create a landing page with a good freebie offer, capture their emails - and send them a Telegram channel where you will promote your Items in there on a daily basis? You don't must advertise a direct link to your products.

Oh I live in a small place.. the total population is like 150.000 in the whole country.. so there's no website. they call me and I deliver the items. simple.

but the issue is, facebook somehow detects the items are knock-offs. How do they do that? I mean, I don't write any brands and I don't put the brand names in the images.

tried making a video of me wearing the shoes.. but no luck. they keep on finding out.

How do they do that? (Anon is curious)
