Facebook ADs Expert

Hello,

We are looking for a longterm Facebook ADs expert. We had so much bad luck for now, because nearly everybody wants just to sell like 10 or 15 hours a week for doing nothing.
We are not newsbies, we do all of our google ads by ourself, but we need somebody who can help us on a longterm partnership with our facebook ads, to sell products.
