Facebook ads doesn't work for me

So, I'm trying to sell a 250k/€ worth house on Facebook

Consider that the professional surveyor valued the house at 600k in an official report . So it's pretty under the value.

I have spent 600€ in Facebook Ads for a month. I have done carpet bombing within 40 miles. My ad was seen by 250k people. The ad was well engaging and all.

But none called me for further information.

Only a girl came to visit the house, with no alert, and her face became blank as soon as I told her the price.

How can I make facebook ads working, why out of 250k people no one cared to ask further info

Have you mentioned the price of the ads
It can be the audience or the adset
 
Why are you expecting them to call you? If you are selling something then generate leads and you call them, take follow ups.
I don't know which type of campaign you are running but lead generation campaign with lead form is the one you should try.
Get the leads and call them for visits. The more visits you will have, the bigger changes of getting your house sold.

You can use in your ad creative like 600K 250K, this will help attract more numbers of buyers.

You just can not run ads and expect the results. You need to capture the interested persons details and also evaluate the price of the house correctly.
If they are interested and not engaging then that means they are interested but can not go further but with little push can be helpful.
Being the owner you may not go down much but you need to interact with them who are interested and probably understand their thoughts so something happens. :)
 
Don't you have a local platform for real estate in your country that you can use for that btw?
 
I think your targeting is wrong.

Better list it on real estate websites, craiglist etc.
 
Have you targeted Samsung yet. You can expand your reach, but target your interests at the right people
 
I was permanently blocked on my face ads account as facebook's final decision, what is the solution for me to continue advertising?

I follow the facebook rules and guidelines correctly, it must have happened because of a beginner's mistake I made.
 
I think your targeting is wrong.
Find other more effective and relevant goals

The cost of advertising depends on many factors such as: video images, titles... and how you target your audience.

Hi! You should take the initiative yourself in relation to your customers, just placed advertising may not be enough. I also advise you to reconsider your choice of targeting, it is likely that the root of the problem lies in this.
