Facebook Ads, does the CPC or Daily spend affect review time?

Does the CPC or Daily spend amount affect review time?

Anybody had experience in this? My (legit) landers get rejected to redirecting once accepted. So i want to limit what it spent before i get chance to change them out.

Your daily spend limit just speeds up the process, rejection depends on mood of the reviewer.
