Is there a way to reach them by chat or calls?

I can't seem to locate such an option on their help page. It just keeps redirecting me to self-help pages.

Advertise on BHW
facebook has a chat support and then, if necessary, you will get a call. In order to appear a chat you need to advertise products
 
I think they only respond when you contact support. Rather slow response times too

Didn't realize you had to advertise to get the chat to show up.

People on this site seems to be wondering why the chat appears and disappears?

Doesn't work. When you chat with them there is just an auto message that directs users to the Facebook support page with FAQs.
