Facebook Ads/Custom Audience Error

I've been using custom audiences created by scraped emails for some time now with out issue. Just last week I went to edit one of my ads and received the error below. Obviously using scraped emails is against their TOS so that's why I could be receiving this error but the odd thing is my custom audiences are indeed still available. They are still running and performing as usual and I can even create new ads using them.

So I'm a bit confused and just wondering if anyone else is receiving this error or if you have in the past and what, if anything, I should do.
