There are over 100.000 networks and offerwalls where you can find good CPA offers and the forum will recommend tons of sites to you. You should be more specific and tell us other details that you are looking for (vertical, GEO, etc).

Just tried it a couple days ago. Made the mistake of trying CPI offers and didn't make any profits. The cloaker is working great, no blocks yet, spent around 250$ on that ad account. The Fb account was 3 year old, but I made that business account a couple days ago. let's see when I get banned. Gonna try some other offers now to see if I can bring in some positive ROI.

the cpc for facebook ads is high. therefore you need high paying offers to make it worth. offers paying like $10+ per lead. promoting something like e-mail/zip submits won't be profitable. especially in popular niches like dating, health, gaming, etc the cpc can get crazy high, like a few dollars per click. not rly my cup of tea
