If you are using landing page be prepared to be banned quickly , you have to use cloaker to prevent that.

keep it user friendly with a good design & content, and your ad text professional, you'll be OK.
If it's a new ad account, i suggest you first run some boosted posts ad for random pages to build trust.

You can't promote a direct affiliate link, but I believe you are allowed to have a landing page that links to an affiliate offer. Even if you can't, you could still build an email list and then email your leads an affiliate offer.

You must have your own Lander. You can't Direct Link Your Product.
You should know, FB really Strict about the Affiliate Offers...

There is nothing wrong with direct affiliate linking on Facebook - it's not against the rules and the help team say it's fine on the Community Forum.
The big issue is the end product/service you're promoting. A lot of affiliate promoted offers/services fall foul of Facebook rules, so you cannot promote them directly and if you use your own lander, then eventually you will get moderated.
Facebook blocks certain direct links, e.g. Clickbank domains. This is not because they do not allow direct linking, it's because 95% of Clickbank is BS.
People forget this, see just bigger cpa numbers and don't think about researching if it's against FB T&Cs.
