Hi, I created a business manager and automatically a message appeared saying "Your advertising access has been restricted for security reasons. This means that you will not be able to run ads or manage ad accounts. To reinstate your advertising access, confirm your identity. This tells us will help prevent fraud and identity misuse on our platform."


I did everything right, warmed up the profile, used proxy, multilogin.
