There is 2 tips i could give you right now:
1. With your creatives, use an 10% opacity layer as a mask to cover your creatives up.
2. Rewrite your text, especially those sensitive words.
P/s: You can use cloak as well. A bit delay to landing page won't affect much. Many of my clients are stable with those right now.

I see my customers advertising gambling in Thailand. They often use a cover layer in front of their advertising image so they can bypass it, and use additional hidden links.

Go to Facebook Ads Library and search for competitors. That way you can see which ones are approved and what kind of videos or images you can use and the texts.
