Facebook ADS Contact?

Hi forum. I`m trying to promote a online sports bookie on facebook ads using a landing page.I`ve read in the TOS of Facebook this:
"Online real money gambling/games of skill: Ads that promote or facilitate online real money gambling, real money games of skill or real money lotteries, including online real money casino, sports books, bingo, or poker, are only allowed with prior written permission."
How can I get that "written permission"? I don`t seem to find a way to talk to customer service in Facebook.

Im in the same position. FB has undoubtedly only left this option (similar to YT) to the larger advertising groups only - so they dont deal directly with small advert folks. I found a contact form buried in FB after googling, but it wasnt exactly to the right team.

Still, worth pursuing though ////
