From what I can tell there are three supported scripts that people use with FB advertising -- blackjack's, noIPfraud, and wpCloaker (mine). All three work in that there are customers using them successfully, support emails get replied to, and improvements are made as footprints are found, etc.
There are dozens (and probably hundreds) of custom cloakers out there for specific networks and jobs. These work too I am sure, but before you invest in one make sure you can get support.

I am also looking for one that is working and has support to get it working on FB, who has one, that is beating the reviewers on FB. Also do you provide the steps to install it and ensure it is working prior to going live on FB. Do you install it on a landing page? Do you use a FB fan page? I need the ins and outs in how this works because this is my first time....

Not the best place to talk about all of this... Use the support link on my site or on the other excellent products I mentioned...
Just remember -- cloaking is not a panacea. You still have to be good at testing and tracking offers to make all this work. Cloaking gets your visitor direct to offer. But you still have to know about marketing on Facebook, tracking, and conversion basics.

The value has virtually nothing to do with the script, and everything to do with knowing who to exclude ;-)
