You are searching for a course to learn more about cloaking FB ads ?
You don't need any courses, just choose one of the services that offer cloaking and you will get all instructions there
I used JustCloakIt by BlackJack and there are video + text tutorials on how to set it all up

You don't need any fb ads cloaking course, you can help by youtube or any paid videos. There have many tutorials.
