Boosting is not the right way to run an ad campaign. It can waste your budget. Instead, go to the business account on Facebook and create an ad account from there. You will have access to many more features.
For your question, take safety measures such as removing your own card before running ads, as Facebook may detect it from your card.

I don't really understand what you mean, but the way you say is to increase posts for customers, the first way is advertising. Hiring advertisers is a matter of budget, you have to spend money to hire them (they handle the advertising account themselves), there is no free piece of cake.

If you want to post on a page, you must have enough permissions on that page. Advertiser rights are only responsible for running ads for the page and do not have enough permissions to post or otherwise impact the page.
If customers want to run ads, they have to pay the cost, that's obvious
