Facebook Ads - Broad targeting would you do?

I haven't used interests for quite a long time. Broad targeting works for everything.

Do you start ads just without putting interests?
If you want your campaign to be known by many customers, you should find out which audience is interested in the product you are advertising, and increase your budget.
