Facebook Ads Billing Question!

So i am new in Facebook Ads - i just approved my VCC for FB Ads and spend $6 already on Advertisment but still facebook didn't ask me to pay yet maybe on 29th feb - do i have to reach $25 to pay or whatever amount is have to be paid on 29th Feb ?

They will charge your card on 29th even if you don't spend $25.
However, they will also charge you as soon as you spend $25, they won't wait till end of the month.

And what if i don't have $25 on my card but i used $25 on fb ads ? they will disabled my ads ?
