Anyone else experiencing this? I cannot get any ads approved and they are not black hat. I don’t know if there is a problem with my account which is causing this or if this is happening to everyone

Yes, their algorithm is, but they also have support team that manually review your ads. They disabled my account a few days ago. I contacted them and they reactivated my account just yesterday. What I hate is that they block ads account for nonsense reasons. I did not do blackhat at all.

Yes they are strict these days, just got off a FB guidelines meeting last week and few pointers, if that helps.

1) Never use "you" in the ads. For say- Do you need loan?" is also not allowed
2) Dont delete the negative comments on your ads, instead hide them.
3) Dont talk about race, gender, your wife , your husband, your friend
4) Try replying to the messages you get from the users.
5) Engage customers more

These are few i can think of.

FB tracks and gives you a score based on all of these. If you are not following the guidelines, ads can be disapproved and also your page can get slapped.

Yeah usually when my ads don’t get approved at first I would request a second manual review and they would always get approved once the review is done by a person. Now even after I request the second review my ads get rejected a 2nd time

It's weird, I got into IM many years ago because of the freedom. There were few rules and you could be creative. Now you are more restricted than ever. You MUST play by the rules of Google, Facebook, Paypal, and any other platform. But even worse, the rules are pointless as scams are abundant on those advertising platforms. So everyone is just following arbitrary rules and trying to please an algorithm.

This is why I have moved back to offline businesses for the most part. Why would anyone want to work in IM right now? Offline is actually easier at the moment.

what's the error you're seeing? if it's just an ad issue it can easily be fixed
If it's a policy violation or linked to a previous closed bm or ad account things can be tough

Not really an error just can’t get things approved anymore. 2 months ago I would submit a ad for approval and every time it would be approved. Now I submit the exact same ad and it gets denied every time

yes but when they deny an ad they tell you why it was denied
check Account Quality in the Drop Down Menu in ads manager and tell us why

I Have figured out something out of a test in my ad accounts and pages.
Never block words on your page comments on page moderation, i always used to block words on comments like this: fake review wish china cheap etc, you know what else
But i think facebook knows when you add those type of words they know that you are doing something wrong especially when there are comments being blocked because of those keywords.
The policy that is violated in their opinion is 27. Unacceptable Business Practices on facebook policy.
so if you have your ads not approved or your ad accounts deactivated, you might wanna consider removing those keywords from your page.
