the account is not strong enough to run ads. you should use better proxy IP or warm up it correctly for a longer time.

I think the cost of buying advertising resources is roughly equal to the cost of renting an agency ad account. Have you ever thought of renting an account??

I am not sure that you are the one that DMed me yesterday on Telegram, but if you don't say more info about what you are doing, nobody will be able to help you. You just posted a screenshot of a disabled ad account without any info. Are you running blackhat ads, are you using a cloacker?

Looks like your payment method is flagged or there is some issue with it. You should probably use a VCC matching the country of the account if at all possible. Then, add your payment method in the BM itself, wait a day or two, then assign it to the ad account.
It might also help if you match the name and billing info on the credit card to the name of the user's profile (not sure if this makes much difference but I imagine it could).

The issue is with your payment, if you're using a VPN perhaps is not strong enough.
