Facebook ads and Pop Ups ?

well so I have got a friend wondering if its allowed to drive traffic to a website which uses pop ups as a monetization platform , the principle is simple , according to him the whole thing will result in a positive ROI in most of cases based on the countries he will be targeting ,so if you have any experience from this or may have any idea please let me know , Regards 3lt0n1

Yes, your friend can drive FBads traffic to a website which uses pop ups. But traffic from FB ads could be more expensive than traffic from adwords or some teaser-ads network.

What ? Adwords its the big thing when it comes to PPC , facebook charges like .1 c per click

It's against TOS to have pop-ups on your site when the user lands on your page.

This strategy can help but you might be bothered by the costs. But if you can, you need to consider the FB TOS.
 
That is a tough way to monetize with pop ups.
I have been attempting something similar. Assume that you can get .02 clicks but you get 2 page views per person who lands on your site. That brings your cost per visitor down to .01. With 1 cent clicks you will have to earn 10.00 per 1000 to break even. The most you will make with pop ups is Popads.net however they don't count all your visitors. They pay up to $4.00 per 1000. Propellar Ads counts all my visits but they only pay $1.00 per 1000.

You will have to use a combination of pops along with affiliate offers or CPA to earn $10.00 per 1000.

You won't get much money for the popup ads and the charges from Facebook ads are more. Monetizing is the key role for any site, but no one will pay more money.
 
That doesn't going to work! if its web page that you're talking about then, bids are not cent or two, it actually only work against pages/likes. You pay lot higher when you are dealing with actually web pages.
 
What about "Interstitial Ads" it is against FB TOS?
