Yep, you can switch your Instagram to a different Facebook page if needed. Just unlink it from the current page, connect it to another one, and you’re good to go. Just keep in mind, if your account was banned for a reason, Facebook might flag it again.

"Make sure you've already linked your Instagram account to Facebook in the Meta dashboard. Running IG ads through the Facebook Ads Manager should be seamless then

No problem bro, you can remove the link between your facebook page and instagram account if you get banned, but if you get banned for the 3rd time, you should change your facebook social media account and page so that it won't affect your instagram account

No problem . You can remove your Instagram account from a banned Facebook page and link it to another Facebook page. I've done that before and it worked fine
