Minimum $5 a day works in adwords for sure. But starting with $100/day will be good with current google bid and competition. It also depends upon your keyword bid and daily budget.

For FB $ 1 per day. If it is an engagement campaign , $ 5 per day. I think it is the same for Bing and google. Why don't you try yourself?
