How about steroids? I keep seeing ads about roids all the time... And half naked chicks with big cleavage is also allowed for some apparently. Facebook is really weird place when it comes to approving ads. I just don't understand how these people keep getting through moderation.

Cloaking my friend. Whenever, they review your account manually then consider yourself in danger.
Also, lots of people moving to legitimate stuff.

But let say I make a blog about F1 racing and put it in FB ads. And then, when a day of a F1 race comes, I redirect the blog to a CPA streaming site. But when race passes, I return the blog. Would they caught me?

Yep you would.... you're better off with a solid cloaker, and when the race comes, just activate it, after the race, set it to inactive.
Facebook detects redirects.
