Facebook Ads Active but not running

Last week I ran a short campaign as a test on Facebook using CPM, everything ran fine.

Now I launched another campaign with 6 different versions of the same ad, everything was approved & the ads are now active. Here are the details of the campaign:

Daily Budget: $10
Number of Ads: 6
Max Bid CPM:$0.17
Suggested Bid~:$0.01-$0.26
Duration:OnGoing

I am running the same ad as I did in the first campaign with higher Bids but for some reason I'm not getting any impressions. So I tried upping the bid to $1 CPM but still no impressions. Any one encountered this problem before? I would appreciate your help.

Ok I solved this, here' what I did:

If yo go to BILLING, and look at the summary it will show you, your account spend it may be that your spend is more than your limit, just click on edit and change it

I had a an account spend limit which I forgot I had set.
