This is a storm from Facebook, my friend, it is on almost all Facebook advertising accounts.

Have you not tried using a different card in each advertising account? It is possibly because Facebook detects that these VCCs are associated with another account because I sell ad accounts and my clients do not have this problem.
 
Facebook has a support team to support and handle issues related to advertising accounts. For individual ad accounts that wish to object, you can contact the support team directly. Chatting with support also gives your account increased credibility and a higher success rate.
 
When your Facebook account has ads disabled, you can appeal the ad account yourself or chat with Facebook's support team to request your account be disabled.

yes its my ragular work wich country ad account you use to run ads ?
those are restricted back or not & wich card you use to run ads ?

Honestly, using aged accounts has been a lifesaver for getting around ad bans. Exiscale has provided excellent service, and they even offer replacements if anything goes wrong, which is a fantastic perk. If you’re struggling with ongoing restrictions, I definitely recommend giving them a try!
 
It also happend for every new account. but we can verify with meta to get back active. Use some service from marketplace or find in gg.

Change the type of account you're using, or change the primary account that holds those accounts. Those things can be in solidarity with each other. Well, there is also an IP address
