Facebook ADS - 0 Conversion, does this help?

So a friend of mine spent $100 and got 26 converted members. Another spent $100 and got 50+ converted members. And another got 0.

It came to my attention that the first and second person uses facebook cloaking whilst the third doesn't. Does facebook ads cloaking prevent bots from coming in and instead grab the audience instead?

Does cloaking the offer page helps? Does cloaking FB PIXEL helps as well?

Or does it all come down to the creative content

Cloaking only helps you bypass censorship.
 
There are several ways you can check:
-Make sure you are target the right audience
-Check your ads metrics, if your ad isn't getting clicks, it won't generate conversions
- Continuously test different elements of your campaigns to identify what can attract the audience.

How do I set up my pixel event if my “Registration” button have 2 other follow up buttons to the final register?

Have you tried the cloaking method yet?
 
If you want to boost the conversions and attract more consumers, you'll pay attention on your content target, your pixel of web (if you have) and hơ you choose target consumers keyworks,..
 
Cloaking doesn't help conversion. Conversion depends on your campaign setup and targeting, as well as your landing page.
 
FB retargets excessively since 2021 and it only gets worse.

Cloaking definitely helps if your offer/ad/landingpage is such that FB does not allow but it converts like crazy.
Cloaking will have no impact if the ad is inline with FB terms.
