there is a problem with your facebook profile, you can switch to another facebook profile and add the payment card normally. it will no longer have the 3D verification error
 
Almost everyone encounters this, it's Facebook's new policy, so don't worry too much.
 
Lately, I've seen this problem become common. I think it's okay. Probably just Facebook updating new features.

This is FB's new policy, and everyone is facing it.
 
The problem here is probably your fb profile. Try switching to another profile. When Facebook updates features to protect your account, you just need to follow the instructions
 
I think this may be a new feature of Facebook to protect accounts because some of my friends also encountered the same situation. let's face it

This is normal, if FB detects any differences in your activities, they will force you to verify. This verification is also easy to do if you are the owner of the account
