Facebook Adder/Poster?

I know of a few programs that make Twitter totally automated. But, is there any programs out there for facebook? Friend adders, auto-post, etc?

Im sure I could hire someone, but I dont want to lol. Its a private package I am offering and I dont really feel like having to worry about trusting so and so with whatever private info I give them.
