Yes sure I have understood that also... You can target the age also by the content lets say... trading challenge for people over 40 -50 -60 -
It attracts just by the content the people you have to intend evonthough your audience is from 18-65+
The problem is that there is a very thin line between passing hte verification or not and sometimes is weird
You just need to try with the content and not re upload something that was rejected on the same account just carry on with something else... And if you add the content that was rejected on a certain account on another account can be accepted.... Weird AI from FB but its god for us as it provides flexibility!

What structure between campaign add set and ads you keep
How many add sets for one leads campaign and ho many ads for each add set

Like what do you mean as I am a newbie to this

Start simple: 3–5 interests per ad set.


Test broad first (whole USA), then narrow by top-performing states/cities.


Only layer/narrow interests after results, and let Advantage+ optimize delivery. Keep ad sets clean to avoid choking spend.

Your setup seems fine, but it's a bit narrow; I recommend experimenting with ad groups focusing on core financial interests and letting Facebook optimize. Often, just a few strong interests are enough, and improving the data collection form and ad content can be more effective than adding multiple targeting layers.
