Facebook ad scraper [Need]

I used to be a member some years ago on BHW and had purchased a facebook scraper for targeting passionate users in groups and on pages for advertising. It worked wonders and need to find it again. I paid $99 for it but cant recall the name of it and I am not finding it in my searches. Can anyone tell me the name of this tool/refer me to the creator or a similar one?
