facebook ad question

Not sure if this is in the right section, but I have a problem.

I have a prepaid visa and it doesn't work with facebook ads. I was wondering if Green Dot cards would work since they are reloadable. If not, what other options do I have? (Different payment method, or other places I can put up an ad,etc.)

get a vcc that doesn't count as a prepaid one.

Would you happen to know if the Paypal Prepaid Mastercards will work with this? (5 bucks a month, but can instantly move funds from paypal balance)

it doesn't matter it's МСС or CC/debit. The BIN number is the main issue, it must be applicable for Fb. I am using SimpledCards.com
