facebook ad problems

Hi There. I posted an ad on facebook, but the image is all wrong, and I can't get into ads manager to add text. Now I'm blocked for verification. I give up. i want to pay ( cheap) for somebody else to do it. Any takers

You are familiar with the rules for placing ads before running an ad. There could be a banal problem.
