This problem usually only happens for about 30 minutes, you can contact the bank to cancel the order and pay again.

Have you fixed your problem? Normally, i do some methods that i know. If it doesn't work then i will contact the FB support team (in English), they can help a lot.
 
You can contact Facebook for support and fastest processing possible. If your campaign is still running normally, you do not need to worry.
