Try using hidden links, or change your content or images.
 
try switching to a new ad account, Try with the new account and if the ad doesn't work, use cloaking for the link
 
you should try with another account or try with different content, image,.... Remember to avoid using the words or icons that violate FB policy

In your industry, rejections happen all the time. Try searching your competitors' ad libraries and copying them.
